Driving management excellence at C Hoare & Co

The opportunity

C. Hoare & Co had a growing managerial community, and the bank had no leadership training to support both new and experienced managers. Their aim was to upskill and create more consistency in approach within their leadership community.

The solution

We worked closely with the People team to identify learning needs and had insight calls with key stakeholders across the bank. Based on this we designed a 3 part leadership programme focused on performance management, developing self-awareness and sharing feedback, and empowering decision-making in teams. The in-person training created space for honest discussion and helped build relationships across various departments. Participants filled in action plans throughout the session to set clear goals, embed their learning and create accountability.
