The challenge
The Irwin Mitchell People leadership team were leading an imminent change. They needed to improve how they managed through change, engaged different stakeholders, reduced friction and created ownership, accountability and commitment to the change. They were looking to align, collaborate and improve decision making throughout the change process as a leadership team.

They needed to improve how they managed through change, engaged different stakeholders, reduced friction and created ownership, accountability and commitment to the change. The solution
We collaborated with Irwin Mitchell to develop their four day transformation programme. The workshops were designed as working sessions to map out and plan live change projects. They focused on nurturing a change mindset, mitigating risks, analysing their stakeholders and having honest and clear conversations around change.

The impact
Following each session, participants embedded the programme tools into their project management processes, cascading the improved structures to their teams. Going forward, the programme tools and approach shape how they now collaborate as a wider People team to set the HR strategy for the next financial year. The training was considered to be a valuable opportunity to review their approach and connect to lead through change.
