Triodos leadership programme

The challenge

Following instability in the wider Business Banking team, Triodos were looking to invest in their leaders, unite as a team and improve communication and challenge to boost NPS results.

The solution

Two full day leadership programme, built with Triodos. Workshops included tools, strategies and discussions to:

  • Build the Triodos Way and align on key behaviours
  • Adapt communication to work better with others
  • Enhance leaders decision-making process
  • Develop a clear, consistent communication plan
  • Share valuable constructive feedback

The impact

Leaders have introduced individual actions set during the training to achieve personal goals and are actively demonstrating the Triodos behaviours agreed as a united team.
I have done several of these types of trainings in the past and it is the first time I really felt it was genuinely tailored to our team. This made it a practical and tangible programme with extremely helpful takeaways and tools both as a team and individually. I particularly enjoyed how Higson managed to stick to the tailored programme while allowing space for unexpected conversations and challenges to emerge
