Working from home can lead to becoming demotivated and less productive. Here’s a checklist to follow to help you get the most out of days spent working remotely.
Also, build these healthy habits:
- Create a productive work environment
- Dress as though you are going to work
- Schedule regular video catch ups with colleagues
- Reward yourself when you complete a task
- Take a proper lunch break
- Drink plenty of water
- Switch off at the end of the day
- Start and finish work at the same time
- Only check your phone in scheduled breaks
