Working from home can lead to becoming demotivated and less productive. Here’s a checklist to follow to help you get the most out of days spent working remotely.

Also, build these healthy habits:

  • Create a productive work environment
  • Dress as though you are going to work
  • Schedule regular video catch ups with colleagues
  • Reward yourself when you complete a task
  • Take a proper lunch break
  • Drink plenty of water
  • Switch off at the end of the day
  • Start and finish work at the same time
  • Only check your phone in scheduled breaks
