With a degree in Psychology from Oxford, Augusta combines deep expertise in human behaviour with first-hand experience in developing sustainable businesses. She understands not just what drives people – but how to create meaningful, lasting change at an organisational and global level.
When she’s not working with leaders to shape that future, Augusta can be found exploring the UK, birdwatching, reading and walking – all while helping her daughter, Azula develop an equally strong passion for adventure.

Passionate about driving behaviour and system change, Eloise specialises in identifying client challenges and designing tailored solutions with lasting impact. With a degree from Cambridge and a background in branding and behavioural science, she brings a strategic and human-centred approach to her work.
Her experience spans industries, delivering global leadership and sales programmes that create high impact. Most recently, she has worked with clients to refine their brand and positioning, benchmark their culture, and build internal processes such as performance management frameworks.
As Higson’s Head of Content, she also leads initiatives to stay ahead of the curve on industry trends, keep client content cutting edge, and elevate the team’s consultancy capabilities.
Outside of work you’ll find her running long distances, exploring art galleries, or immersed in a good book.

Charlotte is passionate about creating workplaces where people and teams thrive with a dynamic and collaborative approach to drive lasting organisational change.
Charlotte designs, builds, and delivers comprehensive training programmes tailored to elevate leadership teams, sales teams and foster thriving workplace cultures. She works across industries—from financial services to law— and most recently led on a comprehensive 6-month programme to deliver a more client-centric approach.
Charlotte has successfully led global leadership programmes from Japan to the US, as well as in Luxembourg and Zurich. She supports to growth of Higson, winning new work and is a committed member of the B Corporation community – for profit, people and planet.
She has a background in Human Resources and Consulting, she loves support Higson’s charity work, raising £44,000 last year and you will find her running just about everywhere.

Motivated by the belief that successful teams start with engaged people, Coran enjoys unlocking potential – whether in individuals, teams, or organisations. With his Masters in Organisational Psychology, he specialises in solving complex people challenges and designing tailored solutions that enhance performance, engagement and culture.
His consulting experience spans across industries and regions, facilitating leadership workshops and helping clients shape their strategy, mission and values. Coran has worked closely with teams to refine recruitment processes, benchmark their culture and create environments where people feel motivated to contribute and grow.
As Higson’s Chief of Staff, Coran has enhanced every stage of our employee lifecycle, as well as helping other companies attract, retain and motivate top talent.
Outside of work, you’ll find him on a volleyball or squash court, watching football, or in the kitchen experimenting with a new recipe.

Em is passionate about creating workplaces where people thrive.
Having spoken on a panel with B Lab UK for Disability Awareness Day, and completing her accreditation to become an ADHD coach, Em is passionate about advocating for neurodiversity, empowering individuals with ADHD, and creating more inclusive environments both in the workplace and beyond.
Em supports clients in developing inclusive strategies that foster psychological safety and high performance. She works with organisations to create environments where diverse thinking is valued, ensuring that every individual can contribute meaningfully and feel empowered in their role.
As head of fun and well-being Em crafts the strategy for the year ensuring that everyone’s idea of fun is being had. From team sports days, to theatre trips and lots of delicious food from sustainable restaurants she ensures Higson’s values are reflected.
Outside of work, you’ll find her on the football pitch or padel court, or enjoying the Parkrun and a new breakfast spot with friends.

Anna is passionate about seeing people grow in confidence and reach their potential. She loves to encourage, stretch and nurture in order to promote lasting impact and change.
Anna has worked globally, across industries, training and coaching individuals and teams to communicate clearly and tell stories to promote positive action and make a lasting impression. Anna creates open and safe spaces for clients to try, fail and grow. Building relationships and seeing them thrive is of the utmost importance to her.
With a background in acting, Anna’s approach is creative, playful and fresh. She uses her experience on the stage to help others with their stage presence when presenting, and has helped numerous clients, including Techstars, Google and Ikea, communicate their message with confidence and passion.
Mother of two, Anna is dedicated to helping her children grow up in a world where people talk and listen to each other, where they respect and value each other and where they are kind to each other. Training others to be these things means modelling them, and that is what she strives to do in every aspect of life.

Mimi is passionate about helping individuals and teams thrive, combining behavioural psychology, neuroscience, and hands-on coaching to drive meaningful change.
As a workshop facilitator and development coach, she designs and delivers impactful learning experiences, from leadership development to change management. Most recently, she led a five-part change leadership programme for the executive committee of a leading investment management firm.
Mimi also spearheads Higson’s marketing efforts, leading the development of the Higson Podcast and helping shape the company’s marketing strategy.
With a First-Class degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Bristol, Mimi brings a deep understanding of neuroscience and human behaviour to her work. Before joining Higson, she worked with NGOs, managed a music studio, and supported individuals through coaching and tutoring.
A firm believer in pushing boundaries—both professionally and personally—Mimi finds joy (and resilience training!) in cold water swimming, embracing the challenge no matter the season.

Aggie believes that people should really enjoy where they work and that unhappy employees mean an unhappy business. She helps organisations invest in their teams for long-term success.
From leadership development to sales training, Aggie specialises in tailored consultancy projects that drive real change. Her recent work includes benchmarking company cultures, optimising leadership structures, and delivering training that has transformed business development strategies.
Her interest base is in supporting people – she volunteers every week a local homeless shelter and has previous experience working with vulnerable people at a prison rehabilitation charity.
She also loves cooking, cold-water swimming, eating, and exploring!

Oskar loves to be a multiplier, amplifying the positive impact of the Higson team.
As People Operations Coordinator, he maximises the efficiency of our team and helps improve life at Higson. Oskar is really proud of his role in helping Higson to become recertified as a B Corporation (with an even higher score of 146) and optimising all our internal processes.
Oskar continuously improves Higson’s systems, drawing on his previous experience as a Programme Coordinator at a major educational non-profit, where he completed the APM Project Management Qualification. His curious mindset and strong analytical abilities stem from his time studying History at The University of Sheffield.
Higson’s commitment to having a positive social and environmental impact is a key reason why Oskar feels highly motivated in his role. As someone with a passion for food, he is also motivated by our delicious team meals and potluck lunches!
