We partner with Free to Be Kids, who support children from more vulnerable backgrounds by running residential programmes with a focus on nature, animals and adventure.

A proud partner of Cool Earth
In our unique partnership, Higson donates 15% of our profits and runs Cool Earth’s training and development. Our goal is to help Cool Earth have an even bigger impact.
By partnering with Higson you are helping tackle climate change through supporting the amazing work Cool Earth are doing.
Our partnership with Free To Be Kids
We help the Free to Be team develop skills to win more funding bids, manage growth and scale their team. Our team also volunteer directly as part of their residential programmes.
We also run Free to Be’s annual fundraising event to raise awareness and funding so that they can support even more children.
We raised £44,000 in 2024 and are hoping to raise even more in 2025!

We create lasting relationships with charities we work with. We do this by running workshops, mentoring, coaching, volunteering, organising fundraising events, doing charity runs, and much more.

We run pro-bono workshops for charities throughout the year. In 2023, we donated £28,600 worth of training to help our charity partners make more positive change in the world.

The Higson Foundation
Our annual core skills programme is designed for individuals who would benefit from the extra development and would not otherwise have access to this opportunity.
We run pro-bono workshops to develop confidence and core skills, supported by one to one mentoring and continual support and resources.
