In a rapidly shifting global environment, Schroders wanted leaders to take a proactive approach to drive and influence cultural change.
Critical leadership behaviours had been defined, and they wanted a programme to create consistency around this elevated approach, ensuring leaders could confidently embody these behaviours within their teams and day-to-day rhythms.
We partnered with Schroders to support and accelerate this shift at scale.
Working closely with their global heads, through insight gathering, interviews and ‘fireside chats’, we built a bespoke programme aligned to Schroders’ leadership priorities and cultural ambitions.
We shaped a practical learning journey for leaders and managers, with progressive and impactful techniques to build team resilience, create inclusive cultures and coach high-performing teams.
The Lead to Win programme saw strong engagement, with 97% reporting the tools would support them in their role and an average feedback rating of 4.7/5.
Schroders measured the programme impact in the year that followed. They found that managers who attended recorded statistically significant higher satisfaction scores from their teams, signalling positive behavioural shift on the ground.
The programme’s success led to expansion in its second year, becoming a mandatory part of the leadership journey.
We continue to partner with Schroders as they take a progressive, long-term approach to developing their people.
