The solution
We went through our culture benchmarking process with them: sharing 8 areas around their culture for them to assess and statements within each category to score against. The leadership team scored each category individually, before bringing them together in a focus session where the scores were discussed in more detail and further insight was gathered. Following this, Ticket Tailor received a tailored insight report with focus areas and recommendations.

The impact
Ticket Tailor have used these recommendations as the base of their People strategy for 2024. The insight also helped identify focus areas for their leadership team, which we have provided further support around with one to one leadership coaching.
