Leadership training for organic growth at Ticket Tailor

The opportunity

Ticket Tailor wanted to develop and refine leadership best practice, on their mission to become the best-loved ticketing platform. They came to us with the goal of aligning leaders to motivate, empower and coach their teams and the training was viewed as an opportunity to reflect on, and enhance their innovative culture.

The solution

Higson ran discovery calls to learn the specific challenges of each leader. Themes included creating an inclusive culture, sharing impactful feedback, coaching for high performance and nurturing career development, and together we designed a four part programme to deliver on best practice. Throughout the sessions, leaders focused on setting specific actions to embed in their leadership rhythm, enabling long-term impact and behaviour change. After the programme, Higson ran a benchmarking assessment to offer tailored recommendations for ongoing cultural development.
