Helping Cazenove develop deeper client relationships

The challenge

Cazenove, a long established wealth manager, wanted to build even stronger relationships with their clients. The problem was there was not a consistent approach across the team or a platform for experienced portfolio managers to share their knowledge.

The solution

We worked closely with leaders in Cazenove to design a bespoke programme with tools and a consistent approach to help the team have more open conversations.  Our approach at Higson involves asking deeper questions to uncover their clients’ long term goals and aspirations and tailoring their solution to fulfil these motivations. We used examples directly drawn from Cazenove’s portfolio managers to encourage in depth reflection and application of the tools and created lots of opportunities for the team to share their expertise with each other.
