Cazenove wanted to improve the quality of client service across their investment managers. Part of this involved increasing their ability to present compellingly and engage with their audience in different presentation environments e.g quarterly investment updates and department town halls

The solution
We designed a two-part presentation programme to help participants build pitching confidence and influence, understand how to present in an engaging way and structure presentations effectively to maximise message impact. In between the two in-person workshops, the Higson team shadowed their presentations and shared tailored feedback. In each workshop the group had the opportunity to practice presenting techniques live and get immediate feedback.
